2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM. The provider is ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. According to the provider, the servers are located in data centers in Dresden, Germany.

When you access this website, your browser transmits technically necessary data to the web server. This may include your IP address, the date and time of access, the requested file, the amount of data transferred, the referrer URL, browser, operating system, and HTTP status code. This information may be stored in server log files.

The processing is necessary to deliver the website and ensure its stability and security. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and functional operation of this website.

According to the hosting provider, log files are deleted after no more than seven days. Longer storage may be necessary in individual cases, particularly where there is evidence of an unlawful attack or misuse.

ALL-INKL.COM processes personal data generated through hosting on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR.

3. Session and total counters

The website stores the number of your button hits in your browser's session storage (sessionStorage) under the key “hits”. This value remains on your device and is generally deleted when you close the relevant browser tab or end the browser session. This storage is necessary to provide the session counter you requested and is based on Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG.

Button hits are transmitted in short batches to a shared total counter on our server. While the home page is visible, it also requests the current total approximately every two seconds; these updates pause in an inactive browser tab. The total number of all button hits is stored. To protect the counter against automated manipulation, the IP address is used to create a pseudonymous identifier that changes daily. The times and sizes of counter requests associated with this identifier are stored for no more than ten minutes and then deleted. It is not linked to a user account. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is protecting the website against misuse. An unusually fast or regular clicking pattern may additionally be humorously labeled “Cheater” solely within the open browser. This result is neither transmitted to the server nor stored permanently. Technical connection data is described under “Hosting and server log files”. The data is not used for analytics, advertising, or profiling.

4. Locally hosted fonts

The “Manrope” and “DM Mono” fonts are served directly from our own server. Loading these fonts does not establish a connection to Google Fonts or any other font provider.

5. Sound and vibration

Sound effects are generated locally in the browser. On supported devices, the vibration feature may be triggered briefly. This website does not transmit personal data to us or third parties through these functions. Both features may be restricted by the browser or operating system, and sound can be disabled on the home page.

6. Cookies, analytics, and external content

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising services, or embedded social-media content. No profiling or automated decision-making takes place.

7. Recipients and international transfers

Our hosting provider, ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, receives data generated when the website is accessed as our processor. No transfer to other recipients or third countries is intended.

8. Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
